Send double bagged cremains with the order form to above address via Registered Mail.
We return all unused cremains. We suggest the families hold onto the extra cremains in case another piece of jewelry is requested or if a replacement is required.
PUG-08 and PUG-23 Can be ordered and then filled and sealed at the Funeral Home. (no shipping of cremains required). Turquoise (TD #8) is not available for PUG-08.
Terms: Payment due 30 days after you receive your completed order. Send cheque to above address. E-Transfers and Credit card payments accepted.
