1. Please complete a Wholesale Order Form for each client that requests a product. You can request extra copies by emailing us at info@portraitsunderglass.com.
2. Prepare the cremains. Approx. 1/8th of a teaspoon of finely sifted cremains per bead is required. Add the cremains to a small sealable bag and then place in a 2nd sealable bag. (only one bag is required per client) . This helps prevent any spillages during the mailing process. If possible, staple the bag to the completed Order Form before placing in an envelope.
3. Send Registered Mail via Canada Post to the address on the Order Form.
4. Any unused Cremains will be sent back with the completed order. We suggest to let the family know to keep it just incase they would like another bead or need a replacement.
5. Terms: Payment due 30 days after you receive your completed order with invoice. We accept cheques or E-Transfers to Toni@portraitsunderglass.com.
6. PUG-08 Fillable Bead. These can be ordered and shipped to the Funeral Home to be filled and sealed on their premises. Glue and small Funnel will be provided. NOTE: Turquoise colour is not available in this style of bead.
7. We stand behind our product, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. Limited warranty to the Wholesale Price. Jewelry contains glass and small metal pieces, keep out of reach of children and pets.
8. Once the cremains and beads are mailed back via Canada Post, we do not take any responsibility for issues during the mailing process.
